The spacious rooms are a great feature, offering good comfort. The pool area provides an appealing spot to relax and unwind after a day out, with its cozy atmosphere great for lounging around.
The towels definitely need an upgrade. They felt worn out and didn't smell fresh, giving off a vibe that doesn't match the overall nice decor. I encountered a few issues with the bathrooms that seemed a bit odd and dated, and the air conditioning wasn't as efficient as it could be. The breakfast was lacking-just basic options that fell short of expectations, and the lack of reliable hot water was a bit of a letdown .

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 6 nights. The size was surprisingly spacious and cozy, really exceeded my expectations. The pool area was lovely for relaxation too. It's close to everything, and I loved how quiet it was at night. The air con worked perfectly, but the room did feel a bit dated. Some amenities could use a refresh, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was exceptional and welcoming and provided us with tips. The location was great and fab - just 5 minutes' walk from Ubud Palace. The area was very quiet, not far from the bustling Ubud market, cafes, the center of the city, and the yoga barn.
